Art Course Policies and Information
Payment Information
• A deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking.
• Full payment must be completed by Week 4 of the course.
Refund Policy
Due to limited class spaces, refunds are only available if you cancel before the course begins. In such cases, a $25 administrative fee will be deducted from your refund.
If you choose not to complete the course after it has started, the full fee is still payable, as the spot would have otherwise gone to another student.
If a class is cancelled by Rose, a refund for that session will be issued or credited toward a future class.

Health, Safety, and Medical Information
• Please do not attend class if you or your child is unwell.
• Classes are designed to be a safe and low-risk environment. While I am fully trained in first aid and promote safe practices, I cannot be held responsible for personal injuries or lost/damaged belongings.
• Parents/guardians are responsible for informing me of any medical conditions or injuries that may affect their child during class.
• A first aid kit is available on-site. However, I do not administer Panadol or other medications.
• I am fully police vetted and remain committed to upholding this standard.
• Please read through Art with Rose’ Child protection policy.
Classroom Policies
• Punctuality and Attendance: Please try to arrive on time and attend regularly to get the most out of the class.
• Make-Up Classes: Due to limited class sizes, we cannot accommodate make-up sessions for missed classes.
• Behavior Expectations: Disruptive behavior or damage to property may result in dismissal from the program.
• Nutrition and Focus: Please be mindful of what your child eats before class to help them stay focused—water and healthy snacks are encouraged. A reusable water bottle is recommended.
• Supervision: Students are only supervised during their scheduled class time. Please ensure your child is dropped off and picked up on time by a responsible adult. Children must not be left unattended before class.
Photography Policy
Photography during class is strictly limited to Rose and only includes students whose parents/guardians have provided consent during enrollment. Weekly photo updates will be posted in a private, closed Facebook group, which parents will be invited to join. This is a great way to stay connected and see your child's progress throughout the term.
Complaints Process
If you ever have concerns or wish to make a complaint, please submit it in writing to r.gallagher@gmail.com. I will follow up as soon as possible to discuss and work toward a resolution.
