Play with clay! Join us for this introduction to hand building with clay designed specifically for children aged 7-16 years old. We’ll be exploring a variety of hand building techniques including coiling, slab building, pinch pots and sculpture, as well as using moulds and stencils, to create pottery pieces and ceramic sculptures. We’ll also be glazing and painting our fired pieces.
All clay, firing and glazing is included as well as expert guidance and support from Rose.
Saturdays, 10am - 11:30am.
6 week course starting May 9th - NOTE we will have a week off after week 4 for firing. Final class will be June 20th.
Maximum 10 children per course to ensure quality time and attention ~ so get in quick!
